Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bossy Bully, every product is made-to-order with love & loyalty. Because of this, our return policy is a little different than traditional retail. Please review the details below before placing your order.

When Returns or Replacements Are Offered

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got your back.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a defect (tears, stains, flaws), we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Misprints or Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item or notice a print quality issue, we’ll replace or refund your order.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll confirm with the carrier. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

When Returns Aren’t Possible

Since our products are made-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Returns for a change of mind aren’t supported, as each product is custom-made.
  • Customer Errors: We can’t accept returns for incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping details entered at checkout.

What To Do If There’s an Issue

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.
